Booking appointment step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on "book online" on the navigation bar and choose a service of your interest.
Step 2: Choose a service provider, if you have no preference, choose "No preference".
Step 3: Pick a preferred date and all the available time of that day will show up to choose.
Step 4: Fill out a 1-time customer profile. Make sure to carefully read through our cancellation policy.

QUESTION: How do I book multiple services for 1 appointment?
At the moment, there are no features that allow you to add multiple services within one appointment. In this case, you will book one service follow with booking another one right after the first service end-time.
Ex: Booking a pedi-mani appointment at 9:30 am.
You can book a pedicure appointment at 9:30 am that ends at 10:00 am and book another manicure appointment starts at 10:10 am.
QUESTION: How do I book multiple people for 1 appointment?
Online booking won't allow you to add more people in your appointment so you will have to book multiple appointments separately. Make sure not to book the appointments one after another or else the service won't be provide at the same time.
Note: Since there are no guarantees that enough technicians are available to provide the services at the same time, you might want to check their availability first before booking for you and others.

Simply reach out to us through (267) 831-2935 during our business hour if it is same-day cancelation/reschedule . For any cancellation/reschedule before 24 hours, in the appointment confirmation and reminder emails you receive, there is the link to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can also call us or message us on Instagram @kiwinailsfishtown. Please carefully read through our cancellation policy to understand any charging fee for cancellation or reschedule.
Same-day cancellation fee: 10% charged according to service.
Reschedule fee: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours’ before your appointment time there is no rescheduling fee. After that, a 10% of service fee will be applied.
