Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Fees (based on service total):
• 4–24 hours: 20% charge
• Less than 4 hours: 50% charge
• No-call / No-show: 50% (first occurrence), 100% thereafter
• Group or package appointments require 48 hours’ notice.
• For changes within 24 hours, please call the salon directly.
Rescheduling
• One same-day reschedule may be accommodated (subject to availability).
• Additional reschedules:
• 4–24 hours: 20% charge
• Less than 4 hours: 30% charge
• More than two reschedules for the same appointment: 50% charge
Pricing
• Prices are based on x-short length only and include basic service.
• Nail art, designs, soak off and add-ons are not included.
• Additional charges may apply for length, shape changes, repairs, or cut-down.
• For refill services, extra charges apply for long length, reshaping, cut-down, or fixing broken nails.
• Final pricing may vary based on nail condition, length, shape, and requested service.
Nail Art, Design & Service Expectations
• Nail art is not included in standard services unless selected. Not all technicians offer nail designs.
• Please send your design to Instagram @KiwiNailsFishtown at least 1 week before your appointment. Designs may take 20–60 minutes depending on complexity.
• Designs sent within 1 week are not guaranteed. We may simplify the design or schedule a separate visit.
• Exact design replication is not guaranteed. Final results may vary based on nail shape, length, and materials.
• If you have any concerns with your design or color, please let us know during your appointment or before leaving the salon. We will do our best to adjust it at that time or arrange a follow-up if needed.
• Once the service is completed, changes based on personal preference (such as changing design or color) will be considered a new service and additional charges will apply.
• Nail art, intricate designs, and extensions may be more delicate. Durability depends on proper aftercare and daily activities.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors after you leave the salon (impact, pressure, accidents, improper care, etc.).
Warranty (Gel Services Only)
• 7-day warranty for services and refill sets done at Kiwi Nails Fishtown
• 3-day warranty for refill sets originally done at other salons
• Covers workmanship issues such as lifting or breakage only
• Regular polish is not covered
• Warranty is valid only if damage is not caused by external factors
• We reserve the right to refuse a fix if the issue is due to misuse, improper care, or outside the warranty period
Reservations & Arrival
• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments.
• Please include all services and add-ons when booking so we can allow enough time.
• Appointments begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Tardiness
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
Payments
• We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
Refunds & Retail Returns
• All service and gift card sales are final.
• Retail items may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt. A restocking fee may apply.
• Select non-receipted returns may be exchanged for store credit (subject to verification).
Gift Cards
• We accept Kiwi Nails Fishtown gift cards and Giftfly e-gift cards.
• We are only responsible for gift cards purchased directly in-salon.
• For any issues related to online gift cards purchased through Giftfly, please contact Giftfly directly.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Special Conditions
• Please inform us before booking if you have medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure), special concerns, or pregnancy so we can recommend appropriate services.
