Kiwi Nails Fishtown — Policies
Nail Art & Design Policy
• For nail art, please DM your design to Instagram: @KiwiNailsFishtown at least 1 week before your appointment.
• Design work requires additional time. Standard bookings only include the services reserved (e.g., gel manicure, fill). If we have a client scheduled after you, we may call to move your appointment earlier so we have enough time for your design.
• Designs sent on the same day or within 1 week of the appointment are not guaranteed. We’ll do our best if time allows, but we may need to simplify the design or schedule a separate visit.
Reservations
• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all reservations.
• As a courtesy, we try to confirm all appointments. You’re welcome to call us to confirm times, services, or ask questions.
• Please tell us all services you need when booking so we can schedule enough time.
• Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Arrival • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for salon and spa services.
Payments
• We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
Tardiness
• We understand delays happen. Depending on the circumstances, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting the next guest.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule single appointments.
• Fees (based on the scheduled service total):
• Less than 4 hours’ notice: 50% charge
• 4–24 hours’ notice: 20% charge
• No-call/No-show: 50% on the first occurrence; 100% thereafter
• Groups & packages: 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• You may cancel via our website or by calling the salon during business hours.
Rescheduling
• We offer one complimentary same-day reschedule (subject to availability).
• Additional reschedule requests:
• 4–24 hours from the appointment time: 20% charge
• Less than 4 hours’ notice: 30% charge
• More than two reschedules for the same appointment: 50% charge
Prices
• We’re continually expanding our services. Prices and offerings may change at any time, and we make every effort to keep our menu current.
Monetary & Gift Cards
• We accept Kiwi Nails & Spa gift cards and Kiwi Nails Fishtown Giftfly.
• Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Refunds & Retail Returns
• All service sales and gift card sales are final.
• Retail items are refundable within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt. Some returns may incur a restocking fee.
• Select non-receipted returns (with photo ID) may be exchanged for a gift card of the lowest selling price, subject to system verification.
Special Conditions
• Please inform us before booking if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, special physical concerns, or are pregnant, so we can recommend appropriate services.
